Exclusive Video: Sara Ali Khan To Kartik Aaryan, ‘I Love You, But…’

Ahead of the release of Love Aaj Kal 2 on Valentine's Day, Sara-Kartik caught up with ZEE5 to play some fun games while also sharing some revelations

1. I Love You... But!

Bollywood’s newest heartthrob Kartik Aryan, and his co-star plus alleged girlfriend, Sara Ali Khan have been the talk of the town. On 14 February 2020, the much-talked-about couple is ready to take over the silver screens with their Imitiaz Ali directorial, Love Aaj Kal (2020). The alleged couple has been busy making rounds to promote their upcoming film, and they have left no stone unturned. While we have high hopes pinned on their talents, it is their quirky statements that keep us going back to them.

Recently, Sara and Karthik met with ZEE5 team and had a fun time as they indulged in not one, but two fun games. They played “I Love You, But…”, which required them to complete the statements with whatever was at the top of their minds.

Sara, being herself, started the game by saying, “I love you, but I love food more”. We can all agree with her, right? Not that we have any more doubts on how good of a lover-boy Kartik would be, but he has cleared all doubts with his statements. He said, I love you, but I don’t like you being away from. Before he could take a breath, he added, I love you but I don’t like you keeping yourself away from me. Girl, it’s your time to go “aww”. Go ahead! Shattering all hearts and ending the game *no puns intended*, Sara said, “I love you, but it is dangerous to be loved by me.”

2. Shoot And Spare!

They also played “Shoot or Spare”, which involved sparing certain relationship cliches or shooting them away. Knowing the colourful and notorious personalities that Sara and Karthik share, your expectations of craziness will be met, even if they are skyrocketing high.

While playing the second game, the two youngsters surprisingly agreed on most situations. Through the many questions given to them, Sara and Kartik happily decided to spare love letter, flowers, holding hands, and even the retro-Bollywood cliche of ‘the flower kiss’. However, what they want to shoot are online PDA and walking at a dance. These Millenials, just like their film, seem to be stuck in a new world with a soft corner for old-school romance.

Witness their contemporary love story with a twist in Imitiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2, releasing on 14 February 2020. You can also check out the film’s songs like Shayad and Haa Main Galat on ZEE5 music!
